The services offered by Welding Engineering Consultancy are;

1. Help with obtaining EN 1090 and/or ISO 3834 accreditation for your manufacturing site

2. Acting as your RWC (Responsible Welding Coordinator) for you company

3. Review or advice on any Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) for you or your client.

   • WECS will also help run the WPQR with the inspector and ensure all aspects, documents and procedures are correct. 

4. Write or review any Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) documentation for you or your client.

5. Write a pWPS or WPS or both documentation for your company.

6. Audit and review of your subcontractor welding processes

   • Do you know if your subcontractor are welding your products according to the standards you have on your drawing?​ WECS can audit them and give you a report for verification and detail if there are any problems

7. New welder qualification advice

8. Audit and review of your sites welding process

   • A detailed report based on ISO 3834 and can include a key action plan to help your company improve their system and process in line with international standards.
